Ordering: After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. Please check that all details (products, shipping address, etc.) are correct. Your order is subject to acceptance and availability. We will notify you if any item is unavailable. Payment is collected at checkout.

Shipping: We use reputable third-party couriers to deliver your order. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information (if available). Delivery times vary by destination and service level; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that once the courier takes possession of the shipment, the package is at your risk until delivered. We are not liable for courier delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the courier.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened Habit Packs within 30 days of delivery . The item must be unused, in its original packaging and condition. Contact us first at hello@theblumeproject.com for a return authorization and instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective). Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees), or offer an exchange.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your purchase or use of the Habit Packs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties (express or implied) about the products.
